The Kastron Constitution
3b) Description of the Health Division

16 September 2024

Everybody is tracked and analyzed

Secrecy interferes with knowledge

Every culture wants people to be educated, but every culture inhibits our knowledge of human health because we have the right to be secretive about our lives, health information, DNA, job performances, school report cards, and other information. Every culture also allows us to lie to our friends, spouse, and doctors about our health, marital history, criminal history, and other aspects of our lives.

Farmers and gardeners realize that it is important for them to have information about the health of plants and animals, and mechanics realize that it is important for them to understand the "health issues" of the machines that they take care of, but no culture applies this concept to humans.

We cannot learn much about humans when we allow everybody to be secretive and deceptive. One of the issues that we must make a decision about is:
Which policy will provide us with the most satisfying life:
a) Allowing us to be secretive and deceptive about our genetic characteristics, drug use, medical treatments, and other health issues.
b)
Allowing us to have the maximum amount of knowledge about human health issues.

This constitution regards secrecy as being detrimental and knowledge as being extremely valuable. Therefore, the physical and mental health characteristics of every person is regarded as public knowledge rather than secretive, private information.

The more information we collect, the more we benefit

The more information that we gather about our health, the better our understanding will be of human health issues, which will allow us to do a better job of maintaining good physical and mental health.

An example that I mentioned years ago is that when I was in junior high school, I was running slower every month. Gathering that type of information about children allows us to determine if any of them might be suffering from physical or mental problems, allergies, food poisoning, and other problems.

Therefore, the schools are required to collect data about each student's mental and physical abilities, and put the data into their entry of the People database. This can help doctors and scientists identify the children who are showing signs of problems, and help them understand the health characteristics of humans.

If we can develop the technology to keep track of what the children eat, the pollen in the air, and other environmental issues, we will be able to learn how environmental issues affect a child's health, behavior, and performance in school.

We can now automate a lot of the data collection. For example, we could put a camera at the entrance of the school to measure the height of the children, and allow software to analyze their facial expressions and how they walk. The children could also walk over a scale so that their weight can be measured.

The California government requires automobiles to have a smog inspection every two years, regardless of how many hours the car was used during those two years. Our culture puts more emphasis on maintaining the health of automobiles than on maintaining human health. This Constitution reverses that attitude by considering human health to be more important.

The Medical Ministry is required to gather as much data as possible about human health. Here are some examples of how we benefit by gathering video and other data about ourselves, and analyzing it.

Example #1: Changes in our voice

It would be useful to have computers record and analyze a person's voice because our voice is an indication of our medical problems, personality, and attitude. For example, when I created my video about the 9/11 attack, I noticed that if I recorded some narration in the evening, it sounded like it had been recorded with a different microphone compared to the narration that was recorded during the morning. My pronunciation, and the quality of my voice, was also worse in the evening.

Eventually I noticed that my voice was usually changing after meals, and that it happens to some other people, also, such as my father, but it didn't happen to "healthy" people. My eyesight also changes throughout the day, such as becoming nearsighted after I have a meal.

If computers were tracking us and recording video and audio of us, they would be able to notice that some of us are displaying symptoms of problems, such as voices and eyesight that change throughout the day. By gathering data about these issues, scientists will eventually figure out what is different about us, and who needs restrictions on reproduction.

Speaking properly requires a certain amount of energy and coordination. Our brain needs energy to formulate the words, and our mouth and tongue need energy in order to move properly, and our brain must coordinate the muscles in our mouth, tongue, and vocal cords. People with problems with energy production are more likely to mispronounce or slur words because their muscles will not want to move properly, and the people with problems with their brain will have trouble finding the words to use, or have trouble speaking.

Our voice also changes according to our mental state. People who are depressed, angry, envious, or in pain do not pronounce words in the same manner as people who are relaxed and enjoying life. They are also likely to use different words than people who are enjoying life, such as swearing and complaining more often.

Example #2: The manner in which we stand

The way we stand is an indication of our mental and physical condition. For example, a woman once asked me why I was leaning against a table while I was doing something at the table, as shown by the red arrow in the drawing to the right.

Until she asked that question, I had not noticed that I did that, but it was easy for me to realize that I did it because it was less physically strenuous than standing upright. This is a behavioral characteristic that computers could identify if they were tracking us, analyzing video of us, comparing us to one another to find similarities and differences.

Example #3: The manner in which we walk and lift objects

The manner in which we walk is affected by our energy levels, joints, and other characteristics. The people with low energy levels tend to drag or shuffle their feet. They often walk on their heels, as if their feet were amputated, whereas people with very high energy levels are more likely to use their calf muscles and Achilles tendon to push themselves up as they walk, creating the impression that they are bouncing up and down as they walk.

Computers could also identify some health problems by analyzing how people pick up objects from the ground. People with low energy levels or joint problems, or who are overweight, are likely to bend over to pick something up rather than squat.

When we walk up a staircase, the people with certain physical or mental problems lift their foot to the bare minimum, which frequently results in the bottom of their shoes scraping against the next step, which makes a shuffling noise and wears away the staircase and their shoes faster than the people who lift their foot up and place it down on the next step.

Example #4: Yawning for no apparent reason

When I was in my early 20s, I noticed that I was occasionally yawning at random times during the day for no apparent reason, sometimes while I was walking. I was not sleepy, so why was I yawning?

Although it had occurred to me by this time that my body had some type of problem  with energy levels, my arrogance was causing me to resist the possibility that my yawning was a sign of a genetic disorder. Instead, I thought that perhaps I was yawning because I was in such good physical shape that walking did not require much energy, thereby causing my body to be very relaxed.

That was a truly stupid conclusion, but everybody, especially men, create theories that make themselves feel good. For example:

When people noticed that human women are the only animals that have trouble giving birth, their arrogance caused them to look for a reason that would glorify humans. They created the idiotic theory that childbirth was difficult for humans simply because we have large brains with tremendous intelligence.

They resisted the possibility that it was because certain genetic characteristics of the human race have been degrading for thousands of years.

When people noticed that alcoholism, stupidity, mental illness, and criminal behavior is more common in certain families, they resisted the possibility that our behavior is due to genetics because that leads us to the unpleasant conclusion that we should avoid getting married to people whose families have such problems, and the even more unpleasant conclusion that we should prohibit some people from reproducing.

Therefore, most people decided to create a more pleasant, but idiotic explanation, such as the children of alcoholics and criminals are more likely than other children to become alcoholics and criminals simply because they learned the behavior from their parents.

When I began taking thyroid hormones, I stopped yawning during the day, so my conclusion is that the yawning was the result of my thyroid problems.

If we had cameras scattered around the city, and if software was analyzing the video, we might discover that there are lots of people who yawn during the day for no apparent reason, and investigating those people might show us that there are some other genetic disorders that causes this problem, and there might be some environmental causes, also.

We need help in understanding ourselves

Nobody is perfect, but it is difficult for a person to figure out what his imperfections are because we don't know enough about human health to know what "normal" is, and because we do not yet have the knowledge or equipment to analyze ourselves thoroughly.

We need help in understanding ourselves, and that help can come from software that analyzes our voices, eating habits, sleeping habits, and whatever other data we can collect.

We must eliminate secrecy and collect data about everybody in the People database so that we can compare ourselves to one another. That will help us notice that some of our "characteristics" are actually symptoms of a problem.

Dr. Ken Berry posted this video of some of the symptoms of thyroid problems. I had noticed that I had some of those symptoms, but I didn't know what they meant. For example:

As I mentioned above in Example #1 (above), after a meal, especially in the evening, my voice would change and become hoarse and raspy, and my vision would become blurry. I assumed those problems were due to a problem with my insulin levels or the ability of my body to use insulin, but Dr. Berry says both of those problems are a characteristic of thyroid problems.

My armpits and feet would sometimes perspire even if I was cool or a bit cold. I assume that this was just a defect with my body, but Dr. Berry says excessive perspiration is a characteristic of thyroid problems.

The outer half of my eyebrows don't have much hair. I assumed that was just a characteristic of my eyebrows, but Dr. Berry says it is a symptom of thyroid problems.

We cannot learn much about ourselves or the human race when we hide our physical and mental characteristics, and especially when we deceive one another about our characteristics, but we will benefit tremendously by eliminating secrecy and comparing ourselves to one another.

Some of the people who believe that they are in perfect mental and physical health are certain to discover that they actually have some problems. Furthermore, some of those people might be able to reduce some of their problems through changes in diet, lifestyle, hormones, or medical drugs, thereby allowing them to become even more talented, relaxed, or happy.

For another example, if we had such extreme video surveillance of everybody that computers could make comparisons between us in regards to our nose picking and nose blowing, the computers might notice that some of us are picking our nose more often when we eat certain foods, or when there are certain pollens in the air, or when we are around certain other types of allergens. That information would allow those people to reduce their nose picking by avoiding the particular allergens that they have trouble with.

Determining who has the worst problem with nose picking will also allow us to do a better job of determining who should be prohibited from reproducing, thereby reducing this problem in every generation.

If our ancestors had been restricting reproduction to people who had the least problem with allergies, nose picking, tooth decay, bad eyesight, gray hair, baldness, and other problems, we would be grateful.

It is idiotic for us to be ashamed or embarrassed of nose picking, constipation, diarrhea, crooked teeth, and other problems. It is much more sensible to study these problems to determine which of these problems are environmental and which are genetic. That would allow us to reduce the problems that are environmental, and make better decisions about who should reproduce.

Likewise, putting cameras in our bedroom so that we can observe how everyone sleeps would allow us to figure out who has the least problems with sleeping, and which of our sleeping problems are environmental and which are genetic. This would allow us to improve the sleeping habits of every generation, and reduce the time they spend sleeping.

The more we know about ourselves, the better

Ignorance doesn't help anybody. The more thoroughly we understand ourselves, the better we will do at managing our life. If each of us could figure out what sort of genetic problems we have, we would reduce the chances that we mistakenly assume that the reason we are having some trouble in life is because of poverty, discrimination, sexism, lack of opportunities, bad parents, or bad luck.

Everybody must accept the fact that every living creature is a jumble of genetic characteristics. Everybody needs to accept the fact that all of us are imperfect, and we must find ways to deal with our problems so that we don't waste our lives and irritate other people by pouting, whining, hating, or accusations of discrimination.

When we are ignorant of our genetic disorders, we are likely to assume our problems are caused by other people, or from intangible concepts. I suspect that a lot of the people who become "liberals" are people who are suffering from serious genetic problems, but do not realize they have problems. Their ignorance has caused them to assume that they are suffering because they are helpless, innocent victims of something, such as rich people, corporations, Nazis, or poverty. Those idiotic beliefs can cause them to develop a feel-sorry-for-me attitude, or cause them to become angry at the people they assume are hurting them.

Another reason for making people aware of their health problems is to reduce the chances that a person uses drugs, religion, sex, food, or fame to make himself feel better. For example, if a person is suffering from low energy levels but does not realize that he has a medical problem, he might notice that he feels better, or suffers less, with  painkillers, cocaine, nicotine, amphetamine, or alcohol.

Another interesting possibility is that some of the people who are frequently angry might be making themselves frightened or angry because it makes them feel better. I have noticed that if I am either frightened by something, such as a large, aggressive dog, my body reacts by providing me with a higher level of energy. That makes my body feel better, but it is temporary. Therefore, some of the people who are frequently frightened or angry might be making themselves frightened or angry because it makes them feel better.

Adolf Hitler spent months of his early adult life as a homeless vagrant, and when he gave speeches, he always seemed to be angry, so I wonder if he was suffering from a genetic disorder, and that he felt better when he was angry. He may not have had problems with thyroid hormones, however. He may have had some other disorder that was making him feel miserable.

It is not yet practical to collect certain information

The Medical Ministry is responsible for determining which type of health information is practical for us to gather about ourselves, and to recommend the development of software and technology to make the gathering of information more practical.

For example, it would be useful to collect detailed information on the quantity and type of food we eat throughout the day, the times we eat, how quickly we eat, how often we choke on food, and how often we bite our tongue. It would also be useful to collect data about our waste products, perspiration, blood, mucus, and saliva. However, we don't have the technology to collect that data, and it is irritating to collect some types of data, such as blood samples.

The Medical Ministry has to decide what type of information is the most useful for us to collect, and which information we can collect without irritating people. They cannot produce or develop any of the technology that they want to use for data collection, so they post their desires for equipment and research in the Requests category. That will allow the Economic Ministers to pass judgment on whether they are requesting sensible data collection equipment and technology.

Ideally, we would collect sexual information

Collecting data about our sexual activities would also be valuable, but would people be willing to allow that?

Our sexual activities are dependent upon both our physical and mental characteristics. For example, it is very difficult for women to have orgasms, but not because nature is cruel to women. Rather, it is to improve the chances that the higher-quality men are the most successful at reproduction.

By making it difficult for women to have orgasms, a man must be able to repeatedly and rapidly thrust his penis for many minutes. That is not an easy thing to do if a man has joint problems, low levels of energy, low stamina, or coordination problems.

Furthermore, it requires a man to have enough of an interest in pleasing a woman to want to spend the time to do what it takes to please her. A man who is "too selfish" will leave the woman unsatisfied.

Women are resistant to men and difficult to please sexually for the same reason that the military requires their members to pass an obstacle course. Specifically, the women put potential husbands through a test to determine whether they have a strong enough attraction to her to want to take care of her and her children.

The social scientists as of 2024 are so incompetent that we cannot depend upon them to provide sensible analyses of social issues, but one of their investigations of divorce showed that 70% of the divorces in the USA were initiated by women, and women with college educations initiated 90% of the divorces.

The reason women are more likely to want to divorce can be seen by analyzing the animals. Female animals have strong attractions to babies, not to males or sex. They want males only to provide them with food and protection. If a male cannot do that, they don't want him. Human women are the same.

Women want men to take care of them, but most men today are so overwhelmed with life, and have picked up so much conflicting and idiotic information about life, that they cannot take care of themselves.

Every culture is giving us an unrealistic view of human behavior, sex, divorce, and marriage because every culture refuses to acknowledge that humans are animals. To make the situation worse, the people who have been getting into influential positions during the past few centuries seem to have abnormally intense sexual cravings, and some also have bizarre cravings, such as sex with children.

Our leaders, especially those in the entertainment businesses, are creating the impression that sex is one of the most exciting leisure activities. They are constantly promoting sex in the television programs, news articles, and movies. They also promote Viagra because they believe that older people cannot enjoy life unless they have lots of sex.

During the 2016 presidential election, some people were even making idiotic remarks about the size of Donald Trump's hands. Although it would be useful to gather data about everybody's body, and compare ourselves to one another, people were not discussing the size of Donald Trump's hands in order to understand humans. Rather, it was because the leaders of modern societies have obnoxious sexual attitudes.

The people who cannot understand or accept evolution are promoting an unrealistic view of sex, nudity, childbirth, breast-feeding, digestion, waste products, earwax, body odors, and mucus.

Female animals put up resistance to sex, and are difficult to please, because those females were the most successful in raising children. They reproduced with the males that were in the best mental and physical health, and who had a tremendous desire to take care of a woman and her children.

Female humans behave just like female animals. Specifically, women wait for a man to show tremendous interest in them. A woman looks for a man who will put a lot of time and effort into entertaining her with gifts and praise. The reason because a man who is not willing to pamper a woman is not likely to take care of her and her children.

If a man does not understand why female animals put up a resistance to males and sex, and if  he does not understand that sex is intended for reproduction, he is likely to assume that sex is for his pleasure, and that the more sex he has, the more enjoyable his life will be.

If a woman does not provide him with sex, he might assume she is cruel, selfish, or a "golddigger", and he might become angry enough to rape her.

Likewise, if he does not understand that his attraction to women is intense in order to make him take care of a woman and her children, he is likely to assume that his attraction to women is strong because a woman is a type of goddess, and that he needs a woman in order to make his life complete.

The same concept applies to women. Specifically, if a woman does not understand that her attraction to babies is intense in order to make her devote her life to taking care of her children, then she will assume that she has a strong attraction to children because children are "bundles of joy", and that she cannot enjoy life unless she has children.

This concept also applies to all of our other emotional cravings. For example, if a person doesn't understand that his craving for food is to cause him to provide his body with nutrition, he is likely to eat whatever tastes good, and in excessive quantities.

Our prehistoric ancestors were ignorant about their emotional cravings, but they did not suffer because their cravings had evolved to fit their environment. Today, however, our technology has caused many of our emotions to be inappropriate. Modern humans must have a greater understanding of our emotions, and we need the self-control to make intelligent decisions about when to satisfy our emotions and when to deny them.

Our sexual characteristics were beneficial in prehistoric times, but in this modern world they cause a lot of fights, confusion, and accusations. For another example, male animals evolved a preference for females as soon as they become sexually mature because young females are more successful at raising children than older women. If a woman doesn't understand this concept, she will accuse men of being "dirty old men", for having a preference for young women.

Secrecy is increasing the sexual defects

Our distant ancestors could not hide their body or their sexual activities. As with animals, their lack of privacy allowed one another to choose a mate that was sexually healthy.

Unfortunately, our ancestors have been hiding their crotch with clothing for possibly hundreds of thousands of years, and perhaps thousands of years ago they began hiding their sexual activities. This prevented people from knowing who had defective sexual organs or desires, which allowed many of the defective people to find a spouse and reproduce.

Today there are lots of women with deformed breasts, nipples, or vaginas, and lots of men have deformed penises or testicles. There are also lots of people with bizarre sexual cravings.

If we do not restrict reproduction to people with appropriate sexual organs and cravings, then the sexual organs of every generation will become increasingly defective, and the people will have an increasingly wider variety of sexual cravings.

At some point in the future, the human race must overcome its sexual inhibitions and pass judgment on who has appropriate sexual organs and desires.

People who deceive us into marriage are animals

No society yet cares whether people are honest with each other. No society considers a person to be a "criminal" if they deceive somebody about themselves.

For example, a woman can lie to a potential spouse about her hair color, age, mental illness, and her desires for children and pet dogs. Likewise, a man can lie about his income, height, job, previous arrests, alcohol abuse, and previous marriages.

A person who deceives us into a friendship or marriage is worse than a thief because they are taking something that cannot be replaced. Specifically, they are wasting a portion of our very short life, and usually the best years of our life; namely, our early adult years.

Animals exist only to reproduce, and as a result, they do anything to be successful at reproduction, which includes intimidating and fighting with each other.

Humans inherited that same crude behavior, but we need to become better than animals. We must set higher standards for people, and we must push ourselves into  becoming more honest and exerting self-control over our selfishness.

We must regard the people who deceive us into marriage or friendships as behaving like an animal, and we should not tolerate that type of abuse.

All humans are selfish, deceptive, and manipulative, but we should pass judgment on who among us is at the extreme edge of the bell graph, and restrict their reproduction so that every generation becomes more honest.
We must accept death

People with incurable diseases can experiment with treatments

We do not yet know how to cure cancer, muscular dystrophy, Alzheimer's, and many other diseases. Although we can remove or kill cancerous tumors with knifes, chemotherapy, and x-rays, none of those procedures are a "cure", and they cannot prevent the cancer from reappearing.

The treatments for cancer are so unpleasant that many people have looked for an alternative. For example, during the past few decades, some Americans have wanted to experiment with laetrile, but the FDA does not allow Laetrile to be used as a cancer treatment.

This constitution gives people with incurable diseases the freedom to experiment with their treatment. Instead of trying to prohibit alternative treatments, the Medical Ministry is required to learn from them.

For example, it is acceptable for the Medical Ministry to classify laetrile as an unapproved cancer drug because there is no evidence that it is useful. The doctors cannot prescribe it as a cancer treatment. However, if a person with cancer wants to experiment with laetrile, then he has the freedom to do so. Instead of trying to control that person, the Medical Ministry must regard him as a volunteer guinea pig for a medical experiment, and they must learn from him.

By classifying laetrile as "unapproved", the doctors cannot use it as a treatment, which will avoid tormenting people with a treatment that seems to be worthless, but by allowing people to experiment with it, doctors can gather information about its value without being responsible for its useless or harmful effects.

By letting people experiment with the unapproved drugs, there will eventually be enough data for the Medical Ministry to make a decision about whether any of them have any value for any type of medical disorder. The medical ministry will then be able to prohibit the production of the drugs that show no value.

By comparison, when we prohibit people from experimenting with laetrile and other drugs, we deny ourselves the opportunity to learn about those drugs, and we anger the people who believe that they are being denied a sensible treatment..

Everybody has the freedom to experiment with medical drugs

It is impossible to divide people into the two categories of "healthy" and "unhealthy". Instead, each of us has health problems that range from trivial to serious, with most people between the extremes.

Since everybody can be considered "unhealthy", we should not allow the government or a doctor to insist that a person is "too healthy" to experiment with a medical drug.

The government sets standards for drugs, and doctors are required to prescribe only the drugs that are regarded as safe and effective, but the people who want to voluntarily experiment with a drug are allowed to do so. The reasons is exactly the same for allowing people who are dying from cancer to experiment with laetrile.

For example, if a doctor concludes that a particular man does not need testosterone or steroids, he cannot prescribe them to the man. However, if the man choses to voluntarily experiment with those drugs, then he is allowed to do so, and he is responsible for any problems that he causes himself.

The doctor and the government will regard him as a voluntary guinea pig, and they will collect data about his health so that they can gain more knowledge about the effect those drugs have on people.

In order for this policy to be useful, the people cannot use those drugs secretly. They must allow the doctors and scientists to gather information on their use of the drugs. Society provides them with the drugs, and in return they must allow society to have data on how the drugs are affecting them.

Since the people are not violating any laws by experimenting with the drugs, they do not have to use them secretly, or purchase them from mysterious sources. Instead, they will have access to high-quality drugs, and the doctors and scientists will be able to gather data on the effect it's having on them, which is beneficial to both the people who are experimenting with the drugs, the doctors and scientists, and the future generations.

By eliminating the secrecy, the experiments will also be much less risky because doctors will be able to monitor the person's health, and the people will not have to lie about the drugs they use.

A personal example

I am an example of why people should be able to experiment with medical analyses and drugs. My body was producing proper levels of TSH hormone, so doctors assumed that my thyroid hormones were fine. When I complained about low energy levels, one doctor assumed it was due to my diet, such as a lack of vitamins.

When I finally found a doctor check my thyroid hormone levels, my T4 was at an acceptable level, but my T3 level was low. My body either had trouble producing T3, or it intentionally held the T3 hormone at a low level because of genetic variations or defects.

I began taking the T3 hormone, but my body reacted by reducing its production of TSH and T4, apparently because it thought the T3 levels were too high. So then I needed to take the T4 hormone. This resulted in my body reacting by almost completely stopping the production of the TSH hormone.

Some doctors claim that nobody needs both hormones, but if I take only the T4, that doesn't help me, and if I take only the T-3, that helps but it is not as good as having both of them. Perhaps with enough experimentation I could figure out how to use only the T3 hormone, but so far my experiments have shown me that I feel best with both of them.

To make experiments with hormones even more difficult, California does not allow us to do our own blood tests. We have to get a doctor's authorization for a test, and then we have to go back to the doctor to see the results.

I am an example of why we need to eliminate the restrictions on doing medical analyses of ourselves and experimenting with drugs. The majority of people will likely have "typical" medical problems, but some of us have unusual medical problems.

Some of the people with unusual medical problems have spent years going from one doctor to another trying to figure out what is wrong with them. In fact, there was a television show about their suffering, Medical Mysteries.

We cannot expect a doctor to be able to identify some of the unusual problems because a doctor will have contact with a person for only a short amount of time. The doctor cannot be expected to thoroughly understand any of his patients.

It would be more useful to have a extensive People database and allow everybody to use it to compare himself to other people. He can then use that information to help the doctors to understand what is different about him, or he could use the information to conduct his own experiments with medicines, and his doctor would be able to observe the results.

We must admit that we are imperfect

In order to collect data on people's use of drugs, everybody must change their attitude towards life. Specifically, it requires everybody to be willing to admit that they have imperfections, and that nobody is perfect.

In every existing culture, it would be impossible to collect data on people's use of drugs because every culture promotes the concept that most people are healthy, and that only a small number of people are unhealthy. This results in people lying about their use of alcohol, insulin, steroids, and other drugs, and creating a false image of perfection.

Many people also lie about whether they are coloring their hair, bleaching their teeth, using Botox, or using cosmetics.

Many people are afraid to admit to their doctor that they are using drugs or alcohol, or they pretend that they only use small amounts. That deception can interfere with the doctors analysis of their medical problems.

Some people lie to fool themselves, not the doctor. This is most noticeable with the obese people. They frequently lie to themselves about how much they eat so that they don't feel as if they are responsible for their obesity. Likewise, many alcoholics lie to themselves about how much they drink so that they don't feel as if they are an alcoholic.

In order for the People database to be valuable, it needs an accurate data, but we cannot get honest and accurate data when we ask people to provide it. The only way we can get accurate data about everybody is to put surveillance cameras around the city, and have artificial intelligence track us and analyze what we eat, the exercise we get, the drugs we use, and what we drink.

We must change our attitudes towards life and consider the people who are honest about their imperfections to be the most desirable people.

This constitution requires the Schools and Teentown Ministries to put children through exercises in which they are forced to analyze themselves and one another for the purpose of finding their imperfections and limitations. Every child should become accustomed to the concept that he is just a jumble of animal characteristics, and that a person who cannot find flaws in his body and his mind is either too arrogant to look critically at himself, or too stupid to find his flaws.

A person should not be embarrassed to admit that he has an allergy, gray hair, a defective finger joint, an imperfect heart, a hormone disorder, or colorblindness. Instead, the people who claim to be perfect should be regarded as dishonest apes.
